RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your VeylaWear order. For customers in the UK, Sweden, Germany and the European Economic Area, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the exceptions permitted by law.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email info@veylawear.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will send return instructions.

RETURN CONDITIONS
Items must be returned unused, unworn and in their original condition, including original packaging where reasonably possible. Personalised items or sealed hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return once opened, where permitted by law.

RETURN COSTS
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are made to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Contact us as soon as possible at info@veylawear.com with your order number and clear photos. Your statutory rights are not affected.
