SHIPPING POLICY

VeylaWear ships to Sweden, Germany and the United Kingdom.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. During launches, promotions or busy periods, preparation may take longer.

DELIVERY
Delivery options, estimated delivery times and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Once an order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

DELAYS
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather and other events outside our control may affect delivery times.

ADDRESS DETAILS
Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing an order. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Where applicable, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that are not collected at checkout.
