ORDERS
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. We may refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where payment cannot be authorised, product information is incorrect, or fraud is suspected.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices and available payment methods are displayed at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing or product-description errors before an order is accepted.

PRODUCTS
We aim to display products and colours as accurately as possible. Screen settings may affect how colours appear. Product images are for illustration and minor variations may occur.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Delivery, cancellation and return information is set out in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including our name, logo, images and text, is owned by or licensed to VeylaWear and may not be used without permission.

LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, VeylaWear is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
